Care is the curriculum in our Titoki infant room. We are guided by the principles of Emmi Pikler and Magda Gerber in that everything we do is based on respect and trust.

Through primary caregiving our infants feel safe, secure and loved. We value care moments as optimum moments for building respectful and trusting relationships.

Our environment is one that provides free movement and uninterrupted play. Infants in our Titoki room are not put into positions they cannot get into themselves and our role is seen as a dance in partnership with them.
