Owned and operated by an on-site qualified, registered and experienced Early Childhood teacher!

 

A Child’s Place is a purpose-built centre licensed for 68 children aged 3 months to 6 years.

​

We believe in the power of primary caregiving, keeping our infant and toddler group sizes small and maintaining low teacher-to-child ratios. This ensures every child (tamariki) receives genuine, responsive care from our dedicated teachers (kaiako).

 

Designed as a true home-away-from-home, our centre offers a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where strong relationships can thrive.

We view learning as a joyful journey guided by wonder, passion, and gentleness. Our teachers lead with heart and soul, honouring each child as an equal partner in their own growth.

 

To keep busy minds and bodies fueled, our on-site cook prepares fresh, nutritious morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea daily.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Sessions: Full-day, half-day, and school-time options available. (Flexible enrolment)
